Gathering Spaces

Seats Around These Tables

Some of the best moments in business and in life happen around tables in beautiful spaces — and we’ve built a few worth gathering around.

Tucked inside our historic building are four distinct spaces, each with its own personality: a grand hall with a past, a secret room hidden behind a false wall, a whiskey-bar-inspired board room built for both spreadsheets and supper, and a network of partner venues across McMinnville for when your group outgrows us. Whether you’re planning a board meeting, a rehearsal dinner, a cocktail reception, or a quiet morning of yoga, there’s a room here that fits.

Browse the spaces below, then let our Group Sales Coordinator and concierge team help you bring your event to life.

Odd Fellows Hall

Seats 22 / Standing capacity 36

When the Odd Fellows Lodge was built in 1909, it was the local home of an international fraternal society whose motto was “Friendship, Love, Truth.” That ethos lives on today in the largest gathering space in our now-historic building: Odd Fellows Hall. Built for entertaining, the Hall comfortably seats 22 for a private dinner, or adapts to a range of meeting setups and configurations.

Outfitted with a fixed ceiling projector and large screen, sharing your numbers in a board meeting — or your photos at a rehearsal dinner — is seamless. Whatever brings you here, enjoy our stocked beverage fridge, always full of favorites from sparkling water and soda to Topo Chico and more. Like all our amenities, it’s included in the price.

For a standing reception or cocktail party, the Hall opens up to host 36 for mingling, light bites, and drinks, with Cypress on hand to make sure every plate and every glass brings something worth talking about.

And when wellness is the focus, the same room transforms easily into the perfect space for a small yoga class, soundbath, or meditation session.

Beautifully designed, visually striking, and endlessly comfortable, Odd Fellows Hall is the perfect place to bring people together.

Drawing Room

Seats 14

Look closely at the wallpaper in this room and you’ll find broken locks woven into the flora and fauna of the pattern — a quiet hint at the hidden nature of the space. A perennial favorite of everyone who passes through the doors of the Atticus Hotel, the Drawing Room is the best-kept secret in the Willamette Valley. Tucked behind a false wall just past the lobby’s Welcome Bar, it offers that rare feeling of stepping into a place that isn’t forbidden, exactly — just available only to those who know it’s there.

The walls carry silhouettes of beloved community members and a gold-leaf poetry installation, and you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. Built for elevated occasions, the room still feels cozy and welcoming, no matter what brings you through that hidden door. Up to 14 guests can gather around a meal from Cypress by the fire, host a meeting, or settle in for a seated event of any kind.

BOARD ROOM

Seats 10

Work will always be, well, work — but there’s no reason it can’t happen in a space with a little personality. Our whiskey-bar-themed Board Room strikes a work-hard, play-hard balance that feels both aspirational and inspired.

At its center sits a beautiful walnut board table, handcrafted just down the street, setting the stage for productive meetings by day and beautiful dining by night. Ten seats around the table leave just enough room for a small team to dig into the details or chart the course ahead. A screen and projector system make presentations effortless, and the list of included amenities runs long.

PARTNERS

We’re a small hotel, and the size of our gathering spaces reflects that — but that doesn’t mean we can’t host groups of every size. Our curated list of area venues ranges from a beautifully restored electric plant to historic ballrooms and modern event centers, and McMinnville’s offerings come together to make large-scale events not just possible, but unforgettable.

Looking for something bigger? Our Group Sales Coordinator will help you find the perfect space to bring your vision to life.
