The Atticus Hotel is an independently owned and operated hotel. The owners are long-time locals Erin Stephenson, Brian Shea and Ben Perle, who collaborate in an entity known as Noble Union.
The Atticus Hotel has a sister-property called Third Street Flats, which offers 11 vacation rentals in two historic buildings in Downtown McMinnville. Five of the flats have two bedrooms; five have one bedroom; one is a studio.
