START YOUR WEDDING MEMORIES HERE
Some weddings need a ballroom. Yours might need a hidden room behind a false wall, a candlelit courtyard, or a quiet Penthouse balcony for the morning after. Whatever shape your celebration takes, we’re ready to help you build it — room by room, moment by moment.

Wine Country Weddings
There’s a reason couples come to wine country to get married: the hills do half the work for you. Rolling vineyards, golden light, the kind of view that makes a “yes” feel inevitable — McMinnville has it in spades, and we’re at the center of it. As the only luxury lifestyle hotel in town, we’re built for exactly this kind of weekend. Tuck the bridesmaids into a suite with a view, host your reception dinner somewhere that feels like it was made for the toast, and end your first night as newlyweds in the Penthouse, two stories above it all.
Room Blocks
Your wedding party should wake up together, not scattered across three different hotels in three different parts of town. We get it, and we’re good at it — holding rooms, sorting logistics, making sure everyone who matters to you has a bed booked before the calendar fills in around them. Our Group Sales Coordinator will set up your room block early, which matters more than you’d think: weekends in wine country go fast, and the good ones go first.

Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Receptions & Farewell Brunches
The wedding day gets all the attention, but the weekend is really made of smaller moments — the rehearsal dinner where your dad finally tells that story, the welcome drink that turns strangers into friends, the slow brunch the morning after when everyone’s still talking about the toast. We know how to host all of it. Gather your closest family in the Drawing Room, hidden behind its false wall. Welcome the whole wedding party with a cocktail hour in Odd Fellows Hall. Send everyone home full and happy with a farewell brunch at Cypress. We’ll handle the details so you can just be there for them.
