Meetings & Retreats

If you want inspired meetings,
go somewhere inspiring.

At the Atticus Hotel, we know how to think outside the box. Teams do their best work when they step away from the day-to-day and give themselves room to focus — on the challenges worth solving and the opportunities worth chasing. Creativity, strategy, and sharp thinking all move differently in a space built by people who understand what it means to be driven by inspiration.

Host a private dinner by the fire in our art-filled, secret Drawing Room. Review quarterly numbers in our speakeasy-influenced Board Room. However your team works best, we’ll help you curate their meetings or retreats, ensuring they hit all the right notes.

Nuts and Bolts

We’re here to inspire — but we’re also here to make sure nothing slows you down. A full range of AV equipment and meeting essentials keeps the work moving without a hitch, and true to our spirit of generosity, it’s all on the house.

Special moments call for just the right place to celebrate. Soft lighting. Music that sets the mood. A beautiful room where glasses clink and a great meal gets shared, course by course, with the kind of company that makes you want to slow down rather than rush through dessert. A milestone birthday, a big anniversary, friends gathering just because they can, a team toasting a great quarter or a hard-won win — whatever the occasion, it deserves a setting that matches it, and a meal worth remembering.

Our collection of private dining spaces was built with exactly that range of celebrations in mind. Odd Fellows Hall is the showstopper, with room for up to 22 — high ceilings and history in every corner, perfect for the kind of night that calls for a few toasts. Just behind the Welcome Bar, our secret Drawing Room seats 14 in a space that feels like it’s in on the secret with you — art-filled, a little clandestine, exactly the spot for a dinner you want to feel exclusive. And for something more intimate, our whiskey-bar-themed Board Room comfortably seats ten or fewer, the kind of room where good conversation and a good pour go hand in hand.

Wherever we host you, Cypress — our in-house restaurant — will be in the kitchen, ready with a meal that hits all the right notes. Maybe that’s a prix fixe Mediterranean feast, built course by course around the season. Maybe it’s a simple, family-style spread, meant for passing dishes and refilling glasses. Either way, our culinary team will tailor the menu to your celebration, not the other way around.

Not sure which room or which menu fits your group? Our concierge team can walk you through the options and help shape an evening that feels entirely your own.

Wellness Retreats

There’s something about the Willamette Valley — the fresh air, the rolling hills, the quiet that settles in once you’re a few miles outside the city. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to breathe a little deeper and slow down a little more. If health, healing, or wellness is the focus of your gathering, we’re ready to help you build an event that nourishes mind and spirit, not just a meeting that happens to include a yoga mat.

Our Odd Fellows Hall flexes easily to fit the work. High ceilings and natural light make it a beautiful space for a sunrise yoga session, a guided meditation, or a full afternoon of movement and breathwork. Set it up for a quiet morning practice, then reconfigure it that same day for a group workshop or a shared meal — the room adapts to whatever your retreat needs, whether that’s stillness or energy

If getting off-site is part of the plan, our concierge team can open the door to the valley itself. We work with a curated list of local providers offering everything from soundbaths and sauna sessions to massage, movement classes, and guided hikes through the hills that surround us. Whatever balance of rest and renewal your group is after, we’ll help you build an itinerary that feels less like a schedule and more like a reset.
